E-Squared IT SMS Messaging Program

E-Squared IT provides SMS/text messaging as a convenience for low-volume, one-to-one customer support and business communications.
 
Customers, prospective customers, vendors, and other business contacts may initiate SMS conversations with E-Squared IT by sending a text message to an SMS-enabled E-Squared IT business telephone number. E-Squared IT personnel may respond to those conversations and may occasionally initiate individual service-related or business-related SMS communications where appropriate and where consent has been provided.
 
E-Squared IT does not use this SMS messaging program for bulk SMS marketing, mass promotional messaging, or unsolicited automated marketing campaigns.
 

Types of Messages

SMS communications from E-Squared IT may include:
 
 

Consent

By initiating an SMS conversation with an E-Squared IT business telephone number, requesting that E-Squared IT communicate with you by text message, or otherwise providing consent to receive SMS communications, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry, support request, services, or business relationship with E-Squared IT.
 
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
 

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with E-Squared IT, including the nature and duration of support requests or other business communications.
 
E-Squared IT does not guarantee a specific number or frequency of messages.
 

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply to messages sent or received as part of this SMS messaging program. Contact your wireless carrier for information regarding your messaging or data plan.
 
Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS communications from an E-Squared IT telephone number at any time by replying STOP.
 
After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive a final SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, E-Squared IT will not send additional SMS messages from that messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.
 
You may reply START to opt back in where supported.
